Hood failed
We installed the ERLE 1 about 3 years ago and have had no problems. Recently it just suddenly stopped working. Have checked electrical connections and now think it is an electrical component. Have not been able to find someone who services it and I don't have any experience. It is an expensive hood and I am surprised it failed. Has there been issues with any of the components? Very disappointed.
