Even temperature, easy to use and clean, well made
purchased it around 2016-17. It is easy to use, so we cook on it 2-3 times a week year round in Southern California. It cooks evenly and is big enough for a family of four to six. it takes about 15 minutes to get up to 450F. The top & bottom are high quality and sturdy. The top had a hinge break around year four or so and the top (we sent photos) was replaced under warranty. The insides have rusted out - although the ignitor sparks, the gas lighting assembly is rusted through & it no longer ignites, so we have to use a candle lighter wand. The grills need to be replaced as well. It is likely cheaper to buy a new one. Good value for the 800 to 1,000 dinners grilled on it. We will buy another.

Direct connect to our 5th wheel travel trailer
We were looking for a BBQ that can connect to the propane outlet on our 5th wheel trailer and is small enough to fit in the outside storage space. This one allowed us to do just that! When folded down, it fits in our rear storage compartment - it's the larges one and the BBQ barely fits. The controls are not part of the regulator so it was easy to use the regulated propane connection on the trailer. We used it through the summer of 2021 and it worked great for the two of us. If I was to suggest an update, it would be to find a better way to keep the legs latched in travel position. They keep falling out and that makes it hard to remove it from storage.

2 burners broil king

Great portable BBQ with premium materials.
I bought this mainly for it's portability and was surprised with the premium materials used. 3 burners and cast-iron grates provide nice heat and grilling marks. Will store indoors for the winter and also bought the matching cover.

Portable size with full sized features
We bought the Portable-Chef to take in our 5th wheel. I fits in our 5th wheel storage area just fine and it has the features of a full sized grill. It is well made and should last through many many miles of travels

Very useful and simple to use!
I bought this bbq one month ago...and I'm really satisfied. Simple to use, powerful and very comfortable the 3 handpieces to adjust the right temperature. Indirect cookings are fantastic! Suggested especially if you need a bbq simple to transport everywhere and if you don't have a lot of space!

Perfect for any occasion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the grill for Around 2 years now and it never lets me down. Perfect steak, the best chicken, all with better than restaurant quality. Being portable it goes with me when camping or day tripping so I never have to miss out on the best flavours. It’s built really well and I’m sure it’ll last years to come
