Tips for Best Use

Add liquids first and then solid ingredients for consistent blending and uniform mixing

Peel and cut firm fruits or vegetables into 1-inch pieces before blending and start at a medium to high speed

When blending hot liquids, fill the jar no more than halfway and start at low speed; remove the vent cap and hold a folded towel over the opening to prevent pressure build-up

Use a rubber or plastic spatula to scrape down the sides and always stop the blender before inserting any utensil
